We are looking for a reliable and hands-on

Operations Assistant

to support our daily project operations. The ideal candidate will assist with on-site tasks, drive company vehicles to various project locations, and carry out support duties to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires someone responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions closely.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Delivery & Collection

Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and documents to clients, suppliers, and project sites. Collect items, parts, and goods from suppliers or vendors as instructed. Ensure all items are delivered in good condition with proper documentation (DO/Invoice).

B. Driving & Transportation

Drive company-provided vehicles safely and responsibly to various locations. Ensure vehicle cleanliness, basic maintenance, and timely service schedule. Follow all road safety rules and company SOPs during transportation.

C. Operations & Site Support

Assist supervisors and technicians at project sites when required. Help with loading/unloading of materials and equipment. Support general day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the management.

D. Procurement & Errand Support

Purchase and deliver small tools, hardware, machine parts, or urgent items when needed. Ensure accurate handling of cash, receipts, and procurement records.

Requirements:

Possess a

valid driving license (Class D or higher)

. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. Ability to drive safely and confidently with 4WD Good communication skills and responsible working attitude. Able to work under minimal supervision and follow instructions properly. Responsible, punctual, and with good working attitude.

Additional Information

Company vehicle will be provided. Fuel and toll expenses covered by the company. Overtime may be required depending on project needs. Opportunities for career development in operations and logistics roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
