Kelayakan dan Pengalaman Bekerja :



SKM/ Diploma in customer service, operation management, automotive and any related field. Minimum 2 years experience. Basic knowledge about automotive and service industry. Ability to work independently and as a part of team. Excellent in problem-solving,conflict resolution and decision-making skill. Must have lisence D

Tanggungjawab :



Greet customer warmly at car drop-off

Build positive relationship and provide excellent service.
Communication

Handle Whatsapp inquiries before and after rental to ensure smooth vehicle returns.
Language

Must speak English and Bahasa Melayu.
Booking & Document Management

Check booking, create reservation, rental agreement and payment transaction. Organize and manage document for easy access.
Vehicle Inspection & Core

Inspect vehicles for any damage before and after rentals. Report any maintenance issues to management. Ensure vehicles are clean and refueled
Shuttle & Delivery

Coordinate vehicle drop off and deliveries Administrative Support Perform basic office tasks to help the team run smoothly.
Flexibility

Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
