Why does this job exist and why is it critical Accountable to monitor cases & compile comprehensive database of incidents related to theft/vandalism/HSE and ensure network elements able to operate safely without damage/vandalism issue. Responsible to apply effective theft mitigation strategy & solution to protect asset/network elements of nationwide BTS/TOC from theft/vandalism/HSE issue. Leading and coordination roles with regional Field Operations PIC & relevant stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of theft mitigation strategy, OPEX & CAPEX spending & relevant contract operations. To execute & perform continuous digital innovation, POC (Proof of Concept) to achieve effective theft mitigation strategy in fronting the potential issue arise for site/TOC safety, security & HSE issue. Record & track daily theft data & trend, perform detail analysis, reporting & control to reduce cases & financial losses. To execute the spending plan related to theft mitigation includes budget forecast, business case, detail spending, PR/GR/Waiver/Esker On-Call standby 24x7 to handle on any security/HSE related/dockets/incidences.
