Requirements
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Operations & Service Center Manager** to lead our Service Delivery team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **managed services, IT service management, and team leadership**, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for **overseeing service operations, optimizing processes, managing team performance, and aligning with global service teams** to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Minimum 5+ years of experience** in **service center/operations management**, preferably in IT or managed services.
- Proven track record in **managing service teams, workflows, and performance metrics**.
- Strong understanding of **managed services frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.)** and service delivery best practices.
- Experience in **client-facing roles**, handling escalations, and adjusting service models to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work under **high pressure** and adapt to **fast-paced, demanding environments**.
- **Fluent in English and Mandarin** (written and spoken) to coordinate with regional and global teams.
- **Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.**
