Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients. Prepare claims statistic report on a monthly basis include, updating the documentation processes. Data entry in company database Review and verify data entered in system Following detailed written instructions to make independent decisions on next steps Monitor claim status and generate reports through database Verify and update information needed on claims Communicate with service provider via phone and email to help gather missing details and support documentation. Process payments, as needed Process Reinsurance Claims, follow-ups with payment etc Assist with other administrative tasks as needed What you need to have: At least Diploma holder in any field Ability to understand, speak, read and write English is required Ability to understand, read and write Traditional/Simplified Chinese is required as need to support Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
