You will have full ownership of metrics and forecasts, analyze quantitative & qualitative data from various sources, while defining and executing strategy.What you can expectMain tasks and responsibilities:Creating and optimising processes - efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going in the futureReview core metrics, form bonds with key partners and execute your supply-, demand- and investment strategies.Collaborating with local operations and other local/HQ teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements.Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation and retention.Taking ownership over projects which contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency with the main goal to get Bolt rides in Malaysia to the next level.What we expectAbout you:You have 2+ years of experience in Operations, Startup or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytic tasksYou are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Bahasa MalaysiaYou are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, and you have hands-on operational skillsYou have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficientlyYou thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growthExperience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
