Role & Responsibilities: As part of the Global Litigation and Investigations Team, the Operations Specialist will provide dedicated operations support to the Center of Excellence. Duties may include some of all of the following: Review and work on legal cases through a case management system and route to correct workstream. Retrieve and prepare correspondence package (cover letter, invoices, etc.) to be sent to an issuer (private, state, or federal enforcement bodies) in accordance/ compliance with applicable privacy laws and Amex procedures. Perform other work-related duties as required. Are you ready for the challenge Preferred Skills: 0-1 years of professional experience. Articulate and fluent (Strong written and oral communication skills) in English. Agility, analytical, and result driven (navigate & extract information from a variety of databases and information platforms). Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
