: Work closely with senior management and be part of the team that shapes our Shopee App and Operations processes through robust user experience analysis and initiatives Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to drive significant improvement in our user\'s experience Own and drive high-impact projects across operations-related verticals and workstreams Deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on and pragmatic approach Opportunity to drive a team of your own to achieve high-performing results Requirements: Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 5- 8 years of total working experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in management consulting is required. Experience in a consumer tech company is a strong plus Experience working with data, drawing insights, developing reporting templates, and devising practical data-driven solutions as a management consultant Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in complex project management
