ABOUT THE POSITION The Executive, Operations is responsible for providing executive support to the Manager, Operations as well as having a close business\xe2\x80\x93partnering relationship with the Executive, Logistics, and will be based in Batu Arang, Selangor. The position will require, amongst others, execution of scheduling, data tracking, governance and compliance, training, inspections, documentation, Purchase Orders / Purchase Requests / Goods Received Notes / Delivery Orders / Manufacturing Order administration, and other related operations tasks necessary for the Operations Department. The personnel will report directly to the Manager, Operations, and concurrently to General Manager, Operations.
KEY TRAITS AND SKILLS NEEDED
- Planning and data monitoring experience
- Ensuring compliance with all laws, operations legislation, Company policies, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, coordinating, organizational, and interpersonal communications skills and abilities.
- Ability to work independently, handling multiple projects and with positive liaison/correspondence and engagement with the authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all Purchase Orders / Purchase Request / Goods Received Note / Delivery Order / Manufacturing Order / Correspondence and Purchasing documents are accepted, recorded, completed, and properly managed/administered
- To manage the operations schedules and asset planning
- Willing to take up the additional task when required
- Ability to provide timely reports, analysis, and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum diploma or higher qualification in the operations field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of working experience in operations or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, SAP, and other operations-related software would be an added advantage.
