The Job title : Assistant Head of Operations - Maintenance & SupportWorking Days & Hours :

Job Requirements :

Bachelor\'s degree inInformation Systems, Computer Scienceand/or any ICT related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience in information technology domainand having been in a management position for at least 5 years with a strong understanding of business and IT operations.
Certified in ITIL, Six Sigma and SCRUM would be an advantage.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT applications and service processes used within IT service management.
Proficient in business continuity planning, including risk management, business impact analysis, and contingency arrangements.
