What You'll Need:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or Internal Controls in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of COBIT 5 or COBIT 2019, IT risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX).
• Experience collaborating with internal and external auditors.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently on semi-ambiguous tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A mindset aligned with collaboration, agility, and innovation.

Nice-to-Have:

• Professional certifications: CISA, CRISC, or CISM.
• Knowledge of COSO and COBIT Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or Workday HRIS systems.

Get to know the role:
Reporting to the Regional IT Governance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening governance and controls across enterprise applications. You'll ensure that new systems align with internal policies, risk frameworks, and compliance standards while supporting audits, implementing IT controls, and fostering a strong risk management culture.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify process gaps and propose practical solutions to improve governance and control effectiveness.
• Act as the governance and controls champion for enterprise systems such as Financial, CRM, and HR platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls documentation for enterprise applications.
• Analyze the impact of process enhancements across systems and data points.
• Review and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulesets and conflicts.
• Build trust and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Support audit processes (regulatory, internal, and external), including SOX compliance.
• Conduct independent reviews of IT processes and oversee remediation plans.
• Lead initiatives to enhance IT Risk Management culture and awareness across the organization.
• Deliver ongoing communication and training to strengthen IT governance practices.
