Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations across all managed properties.
Lead and manage the operations team (customer service, admin, housekeeping, technicians, and security).
Ensure tenant lifecycle processes (move-in, move-out, onboarding) are smooth and efficient.
Monitor property readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and vendor services to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Respond promptly to tenant requests and complaints, ensuring service quality.
Train, guide, and monitor staff performance to achieve operational targets.
Maintain stock of supplies and operational resources, ensuring cost control.
Conduct routine inspections of units and common areas to maintain standards.
Report operational issues, team performance, and improvement plans to management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or operations supervision.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of property/tenancy regulations and safety standards is an added advantage.
