Detailed Description:
Test Technician to support Test/Debug/Maintenance for production operations.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Operate Test Equipment/Tester per work instruction in timely manner.
• Basic Maintenance for production test equipment and troubleshoot equipment failure.
• Identify Product failure description & root cause based on the BOM/Schematic/Mechanical drawing provided.
• Perform verification test operation as instructed by Test Engineers.
• Generate Test/WIP reports as require by Test Engineers.
• Any other tasks assigned by Test Engineers.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

• Electrical/Electronic Engineering Foundation Competencies or equivalent
• Knowledge of electronic circuitry/ testing / debugging procedures.
• Computer literacy, MS Office Suite.
• Capable in problem identification and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications, schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to use hand and power tools required for test assembly.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and leaders.
• Preferable:

• Experiences in operating Structure Tester (ICT: HP3070/Genrad/Teradyne, Takaya Flying Probe)
• Experiences in operating varius Functional/System Tester, Synor/Hipot Tester

Physical Demands:

• Duties of the position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
• Duties require extended periods of sustained visual concentration on detailed documentation and product assemblies.
• Duties of the position require periodic light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motions, sitting in confined workspaces, using tools and equipment, and moving and handling materials.
• Duties may require periodic manual effort including lifting objects
• Duties that require work in shift routines schedule

Typical Experience:
One to Three years\' relevant experience.

Certificate or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
