Ensure operational procedures are followed for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of stock, and keeping warehouse inventory current. Make recommendations for improvements to procedures.

Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues. Review process models and oversee their acceptance into the system.

Ensure the warehouse strictly adheres to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management to minimize product expiration and waste.

Implement measures to reduce goods damage, loss, and missing items during handling and storage. Investigate and resolve any incidents promptly. Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations.

Ensure Warehouse KRA/KPIs align with the strategy and objectives, aiming to achieve outcomes with measurable data.

Achieve financial objectives by supporting the preparation of an annual budget.

Manage the inventory in the warehouse by completing cycle counts and investigating inventory discrepancies.

Identify issues that may affect sales, warehouse operations, or service delivery, and create solutions to promptly address problems.

Oversee day-to-day operations.

Interpret data and analytics and generate reports.

Work closely with cross-departmental managers.

Oversee the team's work and ensure they complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner or to the highest standard.

Keep the warehouse neat and well-organized.

Job Requirements ?????

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Possess good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.

Strong leadership, organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
