:
This position is responsible for routine tasks to sustain tool performance and scheduled preventive maintenance of inspection stations, Taiko/RR washer, UV cure, manual detaper, vacuum oven, and HMDS jig.
Responsibilities:

• Assisting shift or PM techncian with the daily routine activity as tool issues troubleshooting and consumable parts change .
• Responsible for the area 5S activity .
• Responsible for receiving / shipment of the spare parts / calibration items to vendor thru CRA or shipping department .
• Responsible for consumables parts inventory / metal scrap management / 5S
• Support chemical drain / change / top up / order consumable or spare parts
• Daily reporting for the grinder ,Taiko & RR wheel wear data collection .
• Recover minor stoppages of tool according to tool OCAP.
• Attend daily meeting to highlight issue and support need for the day.
• Send out daily report on work activity done and daily 5S clean prior shift end.

Qualifications:
Preferred: Technical certifications such as:

• Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Industrial Electronics or related fields.
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Manufacturing Engineering.
