SUMMARY OF ROLE To ensure good quality output based on defined parameters and control on-time delivery of products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Proper endorsement of every shift transition. 2) Strictly adhere to all safety and health rules & regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 3) Ensures production downtimes are properly recorded and attended. 4) Perform minor tool set-up and machine adjustment. 5) Perform qualification and production run of quality wafers. 6) Reports to manufacturing supervisor and observe line abnormalities, whether it is machine, process or material. 7) Escalate problem(s) encountered to manufacturing supervisor. 8) Assist other engineers (process, equipment, maintenance, IE) during evaluations. 9) Support other production area as deemed necessary by manufacturing supervisor. 10) Perform daily 5S housekeeping of production area 11) Report Good Catch / Submit Bright Ideas RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 1) Minimum PMR /SPM. 2) The age must be between 18 \xe2\x80\x93 35 years old 3) Manufacturing working experience is an advantage 4) Able to read and understand SOP in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
