Requirements

• Minimum SPM / PMR / equivalent.
• No experience required - training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding and related production machines.
• Inspect and pack finished products according to quality standards.
• Report machine abnormalities or product defects to the line leader or technician.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area (5S practice).
• Follow safety procedures, company rules, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements.
• Support continuous improvement activities and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
