• SPM or equivalent
• Proven experience as a production operator or similar role in a food manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with production procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow strict safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work performed.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain compliance with standards.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
