Job Description

To perform daily production and operational tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes, product quality, and a safe working environment in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Production Operations



Operate machines, tools, or equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP). Assist in assembly, packing, labeling, or sorting of products as assigned. Ensure materials and products meet quality specifications. Support production targets by maintaining steady workflow and minimizing downtime.

2. Quality & Safety Compliance



Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished goods. Report any product defects or machinery malfunction to the supervisor immediately. Follow workplace safety rules and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation (5S practice).

3. Maintenance & Housekeeping



Perform minor cleaning or maintenance of tools and machines after use. Dispose of waste properly to maintain a safe and tidy environment. Support preventive maintenance activities as directed.

4. Teamwork & Continuous Improvement



Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals. Participate in training, briefings, and improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, etc.). Perform other related tasks as assigned by management or supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
