Tanggungjawab Utama:

Memotong, mengemas, flamingdan memasang komponen plastik mengikut SOP. Mengendalikan alatan tangan, mesin automatik dan power tools*.
Memastikan produk yang dihasilkan berkualiti dan tiada kerosakan. Menjaga kebersihan serta keselamatan tempat kerja mengikut standard SHE. Menyokong aktiviti berkaitan HICOM Management System (HMS)*.

Kelayakan:

Minimum SPM atau setaraf. Boleh bekerja mengikut syif dan di bawah tekanan. Berdisiplin, menepati masa dan mampu bekerja dalam pasukan.

Job Summary:

The Injection Moulding Operator is responsible for trimming, cutting, sanding, flaming, and assembling various plastic components in line with standard operating procedures (SOP). The role requires maintaining equipment and the workplace in good condition while ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and handle parts according to SOP. Operate hand tools, power tools, and automated machines. Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they are defect-free. Maintain acceptable 5S and housekeeping standards at all times. Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees. Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements at all times. Support activities related to the Hicom Management System (HMS). Assist other sections, departments, or plants when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Produce quality parts and achieve production targets. Complete work efficiently and safely. Maintain a zero-defect production goal. Ensure the workplace remains in good condition at all times. Maintain a safe working environment at all times. Ensure the safety of all manpower. Achieve 100% participation in HMS activities. Foster teamwork and collaboration among employees.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
