We are looking for dedicated

Operators and Inspectors

to join our production team. The role involves operating machines, inspecting parts or finished goods, and ensuring production quality standards are met in accordance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machines safely and efficiently Perform visual and dimensional inspection of products Ensure product quality according to specifications Follow safety and 5S workplace standards Report abnormalities and assist in basic troubleshooting Maintain good attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Able to work in shift rotation (morning/night) Good teamwork and discipline

Working Hours:

Morning Shift:

8:00am - 6:00pm

Night Shift:

8:00pm - 6:00am
(With scheduled rest breaks)

Benefits:

Basic salary RM 1,700/month Night shift allowance RM 3/day Overtime pay (up to 3.0x rate) Annual leave (8-16 days based on tenure) Sick leave as per Employment Act Medical benefit up to RM 45 per visit Public holidays as per Malaysia law
