  • Track and monitor WIP receiving, input, and production status on a weekly basis
  • Provide details on lot prioritization to shift execution team in order to meet KPI goals.
  • Collaborate with shift execution team to manage Hot Lot, Slow Moving Lot, Aged Inventory Lot and Hold Lot Inventory periodically so as to maintain optimal inventory level.
  • Conduct daily reviews of production status and output plans to meet our daily and weekly production goals
  • Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in meeting volume and product targets, adhering to IPPC plan and machine setups
  • Assist production team to meet performance goal, including Cycle Time, MLT, OTD & Line Items
  • Provide regular daily report on production activities
Requirements:
  • At least SPM and equivalent.
  • Able to understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
  • Experienced in semiconductor/manufacturing industry will be a plus.
