1. Examine and inspect finished products or parts to ensure they meet specified requirements as per Work Standards.
2. Conduct inspections at various processes, including on-line inspection,to catch any defective issues early and prevent defective products to flow.
3. Collect and carry out sampling of parts from production line to assess consistency and adhere to specifications.
4. Inform any defective issues to immediate superior effectively.
5. Maintain detailed inspection records by documenting the inspected parts status regularly.
6. Operate and maintain measurement instruments properly.
7. Collaborate with other inspectors, technicians, supervisors, and production staffs to ensure a smooth workflow and address any production challenges.
