Job Description

Job Purpose:

To operate machines or equipment according to company standards to ensure smooth production processes, maintain product quality, and meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines or production lines as instructed. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before and during operation. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Check product quality and report any defects or abnormalities. Record daily production output and report to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area. Assist in minor maintenance or machine setup when required. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Able to work in shifts and perform physical tasks. Basic understanding of machine operation or production processes. Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions well. Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
