Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage rubber extrusion machines Lead daily production activities and material handling (including lift operation) Assist with material loading, process control, and quality inspection Guide operators and support production planning Handle packaging and support basic machine maintenance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S workplace standards Report production performance to management
Requirements
Malaysian candidates are preferred
Experience in rubber extrusion or related manufacturing is an advantage Line leader or team leadership experience preferred Physically fit, responsible, and committed to long-term employment No age limit (married candidates preferred) Able to communicate in basic EnglishNo restriction for travel and stay in Korea
Valid passport is mandatory
Strong willingness for career growth and developmentOverseas Training (Korea HQ)
Expected training period: Around February 2026
Duration: Approximately 1 month Training on production processes and equipment at Korea headquartersRound-trip flight ticket provided
Accommodation and meals provided during the training period
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
