Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To carry out inspections and test on the relevant section and assure the results are under control.

i. Incoming Section

To carry out laboratory testing on incoming latex and chemicals in order to ensure all the approved raw materials are within the specification. To prepare reagents and test media used in testing on weekly basis. To assist Lab Supervisor to perform stock check on chemicals, laboratory apparatus, lab forms to control the inventory. To carry out any ad-hoc relevant testing.
ii. In-process Section (Dipping Line & Compounded Materials)

To carry out the tests based on Quality Plan in order to assure the gloves quality are under control. To report any out of specification on the dipping line to Lab Supervisor/Chemist immediately. To perform record keeping by record the required test data on lab form. To update relevant result into system of testing.
iii. Physical Properties Section

To carry out Powder Content test, Moisture Content Test and any other additional test. To carry out tensile test on the finished product according to required standard that given by customer.
iv. Calibration / Verification Section

To assist Lab Technician/Supervisor whenever required.
v. All the respective Lab Operator shall perform variety of daily routine activities as follow:

To observe company rule and regulations. To maintain and keep the inspection and test equipments properly to prevent damage and deterioration. To ensure the inspection and test records are properly maintained. To perform housekeeping duties to ensure smooth day to day operation of laboratory. To ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) are in place. Other assigned duty as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. Qualification and Experience

Minimum SPM level. Experience working in laboratory (optional).
B. Other Personal Capabilities

Able to write and perform simple calculation. Good communication skill Knowledge in basic inspection and test.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
