Operate painting equipment (spray gun, powder coating system, or manual painting tools) safely and effectively.
Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, priming) to ensure proper adhesion.
Mix and prepare paints or coatings according to specified ratios and requirements.
Apply paint or coating layers uniformly, avoiding defects such as runs, sags, or uneven thickness.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform touch-ups and rework when necessary.
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.
Follow health, safety, and environmental policies, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals.
Record production data and report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages to the supervisor.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the painting process.
