Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Tanjong Malim, Perak
Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

Comply with company targets, rules, regulations, quality policies, safety procedures, and 5S practices at all times. Consistently achieve daily production targets to meet operational requirements. Monitor and manage the proper usage of direct/indirect consumables and ancillary items to reduce waste. Actively participate in continuous improvement activities (QCC, SGA, Kaizen, and other process enhancement initiatives). Ensure all equipment, product, and process quality check sheets are accurately completed and strictly adhered to. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and orderliness of the production floor, tools, jigs, and workstations. Control and monitor process and product quality in line with SOPs, minimizing rejects, scraps, and rework. Understand, implement, and comply with quality management system requirements, especially ISO/TS 16949. Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Executive, Engineer, Manager, or higher authority.
Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent qualification. Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates. Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing production environments is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of assembly processes and production machinery. Ability to understand and follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork. Eager to learn and contribute to continuous improvement activities (e.g., QCC, SGA). Good communication skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Physically fit to handle a fast-paced production environment. Comfortable standing for long periods and performing manual tasks. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required. Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 quality management systems will be an added advantage.
