About the role

As an

Operator

at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in supporting the production across a range of industrial applications. This full-time position emphasizes hands-on production, equipment management, and quality control. You will work closely with engineers and planners to ensure smooth operations and high product standards, contributing directly to the success of HFC Tech's innovative solutions.

What we're looking for

Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety standards Coordinate with the engineering and planning teams to maintain production schedules and minimize downtime Monitor quality control parameters to ensure products meet required specifications Assist in compiling records of production outputs, wastage, and improvements Support troubleshooting and basic maintenance of tools and machines Help implement improvements in workflow, efficiency, and output rates Participate in product testing and validation activities under guidance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What we're looking for

Ability to follow technical instructions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Competent in English & Bahasa Malaysia Physically fit, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic SPM/STPM certificate or relevant technical training preferred
