Operator Production
Sibelco is a global material solutions company. We mine, process and sell industrial minerals at locations worldwide, focused primarily on silica, clays, feldspathics and olivine. We are also leaders in glass recycling. The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.

Role Purpose:
To perform production activities in order to meet production target and plans (packing, main hopper & cake feeding control, housekeeping and etc)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Supervisor to identify problems in production process.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of the finished products meet the required standard.
• Follow and monitor work practice to ensure production is according to quality procedures and to agreed specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery and equipment in a safe manner. Monitor and record the performance and operating conditions of the plants in the shift report.
• Maintain production line operations by seeking assistance of the supervisor to solve production process problems. To discuss with supervisor on any production and maintenance issue.
• Assist in cleaning blockages, break-down repairs and maintenance work to the equipment. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and machinery in assigned areas.
• Implement and Cascade MVV program. Being aware of HS Policies and HS Objectives and targets. Complying with HS requirement.
• Participate in HS Campaign and site activities.
• Perform house-keeping duties
• Other duties as assigned
