Setting up, running, and maintaining machinery according to company standards and production schedules.
Quality control:
Inspecting and checking raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and addressing any issues.
Monitoring production:
Observing the production line to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently, and that production targets are met.
Material handling:
Measuring, grading, and feeding raw materials into production machinery.
Assembly:
Assembling components by fastening parts and checking connections for a correct fit.
Safety and maintenance:
Adhering to strict safety guidelines and performing upkeep on equipment to ensure the production line stays on schedule.
Teamwork:
Communicating with previous operators to understand any issues and often moving between different stations to assist where needed.
