Operate and monitor production machinery, control panels, and related equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform start-up, shut-down, and normal operation of the system or production line.
Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure output meets specifications.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor mechanical adjustments and repairs to minimize downtime.
Record operational data, production quantities, and quality metrics accurately in logbooks and computer systems.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles.
Assist maintenance personnel with scheduled and unscheduled equipment repairs.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding shift status, issues, and potential improvements.
Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
