About the role

EPG ENGINEERING SYSTEM SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Assembly Operator to join our team in Senai, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of our high-quality engineering products, playing a vital role in our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Assembling products according to technical specifications and quality standards Operating production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process Maintaining a clean and organised work area Collaborating with the production team to identify and resolve any issues Reporting production data and metrics as required Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Assembly Operator or in a similar manufacturing role Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
