Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Operate production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure compliance with process requirements. Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products, report any abnormalities, and ensure product quality meets company standards. Production Records: Maintain accurate production logs, equipment operation records, and relevant reports. Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance; report any malfunctions to the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation. Workplace Safety: Follow company safety regulations, wear protective gear properly, and ensure a safe working environment. 7S Management: Implement Sort (Seiri), Set in Order (Seiton), Shine (Seiso), Standardize (Seiketsu), Sustain (Shitsuke), Safety, and Save to maintain a clean and organized work environment, improve efficiency, and ensure workplace safety. Process Improvement: Assist engineers and technicians in optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet production targets and actively participate in company training to improve skills.

Job Requirements:

Education: SPM or above; candidates with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation-related fields are preferred. Work Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing operations is preferred; familiarity with automated equipment or electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge:

Ability to read basic production process documents and SOPs. Basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance. Understanding of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 7S Management). Physical Requirements: Ability to work shifts and perform tasks requiring physical effort. Language Skills: Basic communication in English or Malay; the ability to read Chinese technical documents is a plus.

Pay: Up to RM1,900.00 per month
