Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Operations

Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment and perform basic manual assembly tasks in accordance with production requirements. Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient production output.
2. Quality Inspection

Conduct visual inspections of wafers and chips using microscopes and inspection tools to identify defects. Accurately document inspection results and immediately report any abnormalities or quality deviations.
3. Material Handling

Safely handle, load, and unload wafers and production materials according to established procedures. Ensure proper tracking, movement, and traceability of materials within the production area.
4. Machine Monitoring & Basic Maintenance

Monitor equipment performance during operations to ensure stable production. Perform basic cleaning, simple resets, and promptly escalate machine errors or abnormalities to relevant personnel.

Job Requirements

Candidates preferred, based on the nature of delicate manual work and customer requirements. Willingness to work 8-hour shifts with up to 3 hours of overtime (normal or rotating shifts). Ability to work in a cleanroom and high-precision manufacturing environment.

Excellent hand-eye coordination, suitable for fine, repetitive, and precision-based tasks. Responsible, disciplined, and reliable with strong attendance and work ethics. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong commitment to strictly following SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
