Ops Admin Manager

Job Description


  • Ideally 5 years of working experience as operations and admin manager/ senior executive.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English languages, following the need to support customers and business coordination.
  • Willing to travel to places for work support, when needed.
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri 1pm-7pm; Sat 9am-1pm
Responsibility
  • Supervise BD and Admin team members around Melaka and Johor area.
  • Render admin support to the PICs where required.
  • Supervise the business development activities.
  • Approve timesheets by checking attendance, recording absences and substitutions, and processing claims.
  • Maintain annual calendar for events and deadlines.
  • Oversee collection activities.
  • Manage employees\' leaves and medical absences by ensuring smooth business operations.
