Job Description
: Cost & Billing Plan LH and Fm Shuttle monthly budget Weekly LH and FM Shuttle P&L summarize. Reconciled LH & FM Shuttle cost with Ops and Subcontrator vendors Prepared Accrued cost for LH & FM Shuttle. Set up & data for the SLS system (LH trip name, driver ID format). Maintain the Master sheet of LH & FM Shuttle Rate card control. Coordinate with the Workforce Management team in case of subcontractors\' issue. Project Implementation for \'TH LH Cost digitalization\'. Shell Fleet card - own fleets reconcile, Utilization dashboard. Work with OpX on Cost simulation for all initiatives Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree or higher Engineering, Logistics management, Supply chain management or any related field 3 years of progressive experience in Financial Analysis field, Preferable if have experience managing a Logistics or Supply Chain operation (e-commerce highly preferred) Excellent Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Be able to communicate in English Good communication, presentation, and also interpersonal skills High analytical ability -Critical and logical thinking and optimization Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
