• Providing support within operations finance by supporting reports and dashboards, expanding on existing metrics, as well as continuous review for data
• Ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of financial data management.
• Primarily focus on managing data in from multiple data sources (Excel or Financial systems) to support generation of various analytics reports and reporting

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets and databases in Smartsheet or Excel to track financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards to present key financial insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Use and continuously seek out creative and innovative methods and best practices, sharing with the team.
• Ability to automate reporting/ analysis tasks
• Analytical, and technically proficient with a strong desire to solve problems
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy or possess a professional qualification recognized by MIA
• Knowledge of other tools like MS Access, Oracle, Tableau and other MIS tools
• Proficiency with BI visualization tool (i.e. tableau)
