Manage assigned projects through the various stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to launching. This includes developing SOW, business proposals, functional requirements, project plan w/milestones and implementation plan. Provide management and guidance toward successful collaboration with multi-functional groups and direct project team responsible for implementation of Jabil\xe2\x80\x99s strategies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Define concise goals and objectives within a project framework
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution
\xc2\xb7 Define and recognize project Key Performance Indicators and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints
\xc2\xb7 Conduct project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate communication as appropriate to all involved and "manage" the stakeholders This includes escalate issues to the next level of management
\xc2\xb7 Collaborates in determining forecast project budget and staffing needs for current and future site needs
\xc2\xb7 Accountable for overall project success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management
\xc2\xb7 Accountable for customer satisfaction both internal and external to project success
\xc2\xb7 Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and/or customer objectives
\xc2\xb7 Understand and exceed customer (internal or external) needs and expectations
\xc2\xb7 Identify creative ways to implement corrective actions in cost effective manner
\xc2\xb7 Utilize tools to track changes and identify cost impact for review with senior management
\xc2\xb7 Provide feedback to project team and leaders on concerns with cost
\xc2\xb7 Drive the wider team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of the project & organizational goals
\xc2\xb7 Develops and owns project plan, establishing a road map with clear dates and clear deliverables
\xc2\xb7 Provide regular project updates to project team, relevant departments, stakeholders, project champions and senior leadership as needed
\xc2\xb7 Works with stakeholders to define project road maps and deliverables
\xc2\xb7 Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria
\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain communications with both customer personnel and senior management as needed
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate communication and education for all interested parties as deemed necessary
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for managing cross-divisional / cross-functional / cross-cultural teams
\xc2\xb7 Builds and structures integrated teams to ensure maximum performance; provides direction and motivation
\xc2\xb7 Could provide mentorship and coaching to project team members Gives and receives both written and verbal feedback
\xc2\xb7 Identify and prepare proposals that close gaps and mitigate risk
\xc2\xb7 Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
\xc2\xb7 Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
\xc2\xb7 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS\xc2\xb7 Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
\xc2\xb7 Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer (internal or external) objectives
\xc2\xb7 Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style
\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively present information to management and/or customer personnel
\xc2\xb7 Ability to respond in a timely fashion to common inquiries or complaints
\xc2\xb7 Define, develop and implement strategies contribute to the overall company and group strategic direction
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate high performance orientation, detail orientation, market knowledge and sound judgment
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate ability to build and leverage partnerships, implement change and manage projects
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
\xc2\xb7 Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil\xe2\x80\x99s software packages in an integrated system such as SAPEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5+ years of experience
\xc2\xb7 Desired experience in Management/ supervisory role
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1-year experience leading projects or in project management
\xc2\xb7 PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
