- Able to speak Mandarin at a Native level
- Able to conduct eye tests (Objective, subjective refraction, etc.)
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Having work experience as an Optician is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required
- Conduct eye tests (objective, subjective refraction, etc.) and recommend suitable eyewear solutions based on customer needs and preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service as a professional, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist in all aspects of store operations, including product display, merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Manage the cash register, handle payments, and prepare sales invoices accurately.
- Assist in inventory control, including stock checks and participating in regular stock-taking exercises.
- Support the outlet in organizing promotional activities and sales events when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the store.
