Assess and determine refractive errors as well as other vision irregularities.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medical history, prescriptions, diagnoses, and treatments provided.
Recommend appropriate treatments for eye infections, dryness, and other ocular issues.
Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Identify and manage various eye conditions and diseases.
Refer patients to ophthalmologists or relevant specialists for further medical or surgical management when necessary.
Advise patients on proper eye care routines, vision maintenance, and preventive measures.
