Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Dispensing Lead in assisting customers with frame and lens selection, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality. Provide expert consultation on advanced lens designs, coatings, and lifestyle-based solutions. Perform precise measurements and adjustments to deliver optimal vision correction and comfort. Technical & Workshop Duties Supervise and perform lens edging, fitting, and spectacle repairs. Ensure all spectacles undergo strict quality checks before collection. Mentor junior opticians on technical dispensing skills. Sales & Business Growth Achieve and guide team towards sales targets through upselling and product knowledge. Monitor market trends and provide input on product selection and promotions. Actively contribute to business strategies and customer experience improvements. Team & Store Support Assist in social media content creation (product features, eyewear tips, behind-the-scenes). Maintain store cleanliness, professional appearance, and smooth daily operations. Oversee inventory management (ordering, stock audits, supplier coordination). Collaborate with optometrists to deliver seamless customer care.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Optometry (recognized qualification). Valid registration with the Malaysian Optical Council (or eligibility to register). Minimum 2 years' experience in optical dispensing. Strong leadership, mentoring, and customer service skills. In-depth knowledge of optics, lenses, and frames. Ability to drive sales while maintaining customer-first service.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
