Kelayakan

• Can speak English and Mandarin

• Looking for Optometrist & Optician & Sales associate in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor, Johor Bahru, Penang

Tanggungjawab

• Customer Engagement: Approach customers with customized procedures and methods.
• Refraction: Conduct lifestyle-oriented refraction.
• Consultation: Provide eye care consultations.
• Lens Recommendations: Introduce and recommend appropriate lenses to customers.
• Product Quality Check: Ensure quality control, adjustments, and packaging of products.
• Glasses Dispensing: Dispense glasses following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Warranty & Care Explanation: Explain warranty, eye care, and glasses care procedures.
• Administrative Work: Perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Product Ordering: Manage product orders.
• Stock Management: Replenish products and monitor stock levels.
• Delivery Coordination: Arrange delivery within outlets and to the manufacturer for edging (for certain outlets).
• Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and process replacements.
• Follow-ups: Follow up with customers per SOP and designated duration.
• Inquiries: Respond to all customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange appointments as needed.
• Eye Tests & Glasses Donation: Perform eye tests and organize donation trips (on rotation)
• Corporate Eye Test Drive: Coordinate corporate eye test drives (on rotation)
• Marketing Events: Assist in coordinating marketing events
• Marketing Video Coordination: Help coordinate marketing video shoots
• KPI Reporting: Submit monthly reports for KPIs and transaction metrics
• Goal Analysis: Participate in brainstorming and analysis of goals and targets
