• Prior experience in optical retail management or sales preferred.

Tanggungjawab

• Perform thorough eye examinations, including medical and ocular history, visual acuity tests, refraction, and ocular health evaluations
• Interpret test results and diagnose visual impairments, eye diseases, and related conditions
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe corrective lenses, medications, or other therapies as appropriate
• Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses or contact lenses
• Manage inventory of eyeglasses, contact lenses, and related optical products
• Provide patient education on eye health, vision care, and proper use and care of corrective lenses or other treatments
• Maintain accurate patient and inventory records and document all treatment plans, diagnoses, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive patient care
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
