Job Description

Inspection and Testing:

Performing visual and functional inspections of finished products. Conducting tests to verify product quality and performance against established standards and specifications. Using various measurement tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.

Defect Identification and Reporting:

Identifying and documenting any defects or non-conformances in products. Reporting findings to supervisors and relevant teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Maintaining detailed records of inspections and findings.

Process Improvement:

Analyzing product defects and identifying root causes. Proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and prevent recurrence of issues. Collaborating with other teams to optimize processes and procedures.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and findings. Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures and documentation requirements.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicating with other departments, such as production and engineering, to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinating with suppliers and customers on quality-related matters.

Adherence to Standards and Regulations:

Ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Staying updated on quality regulations and best practices.
