Oracle Database Administrator

We will count on you to:

• Responsible for creating, supporting and maintaining Oracle Server databases ensuring their performance, availability and security in order to provide a stable database environment.
• Experience with installation, configuration, administration and monitoring of Oracle 12c/ 19c databases
• Competency in Oracle RAC technology for HA/ DR methodologies and planning
• Expertise in performance tuning and optimization techniques
• Expertise with Oracle patching, security patches and Hotfixes
• Proficient in database backup and recovery methodologies
• Experience with Shell scripting with a focus on automation of repetitive tasks
• Diagnosing the database issues and taking corrective actions to ensure database availability
• Database capacity planning, upgrades and database migration
• Proficiency in database security and audit requirements
• Troubleshooting DB related alerts
• Experience in managing 24*7 production server, huge databases and multiple instances

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands-on experience as database administrator of Oracle Server Databases in production environments
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology.
• Able to work on rotational shift
• Understanding of enterprise application technology architecture, components, databases, networking, and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to work independently and as a team on multiple tasks and commitment to deadlines
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal communication, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
