Job Description
Task Description: Deep understanding of HR processes and their integration with Oracle Fusion HCM Core. Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between Oracle Fusion HCM Core and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Core to meet specific business requirements. Utilize your extensive knowledge of HCM extracts to create and manage complex data extractions and reporting solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide technical expertise in building OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) & BI-Publisher reports. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement. Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Core features, enhancements, and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements or optimizations. Assist in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Core Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure comprehensive system understanding and knowledge sharing.
