Job Description

We Are Hiring an Order Fulfillment Consultant to Join Our Team!




Join our Order Management team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment across APAC markets. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to manage shipments, resolve post-sales issues, and support operational excellence through SAP and other systems.

Who You Are:


You are a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and international shipping documentation. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and can manage multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Experience in preparing full import and export shipping documents. Familiarity with different Incoterms and international shipping standards. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Sound judgment in processing and evaluating information for compliance with standards. Comfortable being on stand-by during Malaysia public holidays to avoid business disruption. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and regions. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

What You Will Be Doing:

Schedule and release orders for shipment using SAP, based on internal policy and customer requirements. Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., sales offices, dealers, Special Orders teams, manufacturing facilities across APAC). Verify and maintain shipping documentation such as packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and shipping permits. Participate in system migration and support ad-hoc projects as needed. Provide excellent customer service to external customers. Receive, prioritize, and process customer orders. Investigate and resolve complex customer inquiries. Manage post-sales quality and warranty issues.
