Process and review customer orders (from counter and outlet) to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Prioritize orders based on delivery timelines, stock availability, and promotional activities.
Handle cancellations, returns, and replacements in accordance with company policies.
2. Stock Coordination
Liaise with the inventory team to ensure stock levels align with retail demand and promotions.
Monitor stock transfers between the distribution center and retail outlets.
Flag and resolve issues related to out-of-stock or overstock situations.
3. Customer Service Support
Communicate with retail outlets or customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and issues.
Work closely with the customer service team to maintain a positive customer experience.
4. Retail Campaign Support
Support order fulfillment for promotional campaigns, new product launches, or seasonal sales.
5. Reports
Track and report on key performance indicators such as order accuracy, fulfillment lead time, and delivery success rate.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a related discipline.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Good in communication and presentation skills.
PC literate especially in Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
5 days work per week.
