• Schedule and release orders for shipment according to internal policy and customer requirements with SAP
• Facilitate interaction between customers and internal stakeholders eg sales offices, dealers, Special Orders teams and manufacturing facilities across APAC
• Verify and maintain records and documentation on incoming or outgoing shipping documents eg. packing list, Bill of Lading (BL), shipping permit etc
• Provide excellent customer service to our external customers
• Receive, prioritize, and process customer orders
• Investigates and resolves complex customer enquiry
• Manage post-sales quality and warranty issues

Requirements:Must-have:-

• Experience in preparing full import and export shipping documents. Familiar with different Incoterms.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
• Sound judgement in processing and evaluating Information to determine compliance with standards
• Comfortable to be on stand-by during Malaysia public holidays to avoid business disruption

Preferred:-

• Exposure in similar Business Services, Forwarding company or Shipping industry is a huge plus point
• Good planning, organizing and prioritizing works
• Establish and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working on shipping terms with SEA customers
• At least 2 years working experience
